This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of orders, bookings, services, and event tickets made through Ontime City (“Ontime City”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Ontime City operates as a technology facilitation platform and does not directly provide the underlying services unless explicitly stated. Cancellation terms may therefore vary based on the merchant, service provider, or event organizer.


2. User-Initiated Cancellations

a. Orders & Service Requests

  • Cancellations are permitted only before the order or service is accepted or processed by the merchant or service partner.

  • Once accepted, started, or dispatched, cancellation may not be allowed.

  • Any applicable cancellation charges will be clearly displayed at the time of cancellation.

b. Bookings & Reservations

  • Cancellation eligibility and timelines depend on the specific merchant or service provider’s policy.

  • Some bookings may allow free cancellation within a defined time window, after which cancellation fees may apply.

c. Events & Tickets

  • Event tickets are generally non-cancellable once booked.

  • Cancellations are allowed only if the event is cancelled, postponed, or modified by the event organizer.

  • Any refunds or credits will be processed as per the organizer’s policy.


3. Automatic Cancellations

Ontime City may cancel an order or booking in situations including but not limited to:

  • Merchant or service partner unavailability

  • Technical or payment failures

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, system outages, government restrictions)

In such cases, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.


4. Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation charges, if applicable, are determined by the merchant, service provider, or event organizer.

  • Promotional or discounted bookings may carry stricter cancellation terms.

  • Any fees charged by third parties are non-refundable unless expressly stated.


5. Effect of Cancellation

  • Upon successful cancellation, the related service request will be void.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or in-app notification.


6. Repeated Cancellations

Ontime City reserves the right to:

  • Restrict cancellation privileges

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Apply penalties

if a user is found to be engaging in repeated, abusive, or suspicious cancellation behavior.


7. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to avail a confirmed booking, service, or event without cancellation (“No-Show”) may result in no refund.

  • No-show charges may apply as per merchant or event policies.


8. Policy Modifications

Ontime City reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication on the platform.
