  • Deliveries are available only in selected cities and locations where Ontime City and its delivery partners operate.

  • Availability of delivery services is subject to change without prior notice.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Once an order is confirmed and assigned to a delivery partner, it may not be modified or cancelled.

  • Order confirmation details are shared via SMS, email, or in-app notification.


4. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed at the time of order placement.

    • Merchant preparation time

9. Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership and risk of goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

  • For contactless delivery, confirmation via OTP, photo, or system status will be treated as proof of delivery.


10. Third-Party Responsibility

  • Ontime City is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party merchants or logistics partners beyond reasonable control.

  • Any disputes may be escalated to Ontime City support for facilitation only.
